When sending an E-mail directly to El Castillo, if possible please do not send attachments with it. If you just include your message in the text of the E-mail it will be easier for us to read it and we may answer faster. If sending an attachment is inevitable, for instance an illustration or any other file in a special format, please say so in your message.
For security reasons our systems bar the entrance of messages heavier than 1 Mb.
Please do not include El Castillo, nor any of its workers, in your automatic mailing lists without our consent. Unsolicited E-mail messages, also called "spams", block our server and make communication difficult for everyone.
